According to report a Governor has commissioned an electrified mud house and gift a homeless community, Praizemedia report.
The Governor in Tanzania was seen commissioning the mud house with light with the engineers as the woman revived the gift with joy. However several people has reacted to this beautiful gift from the Governor.
